About Us

Arizona Baptist Children’s Services & Family Ministries (ABCS) is a faith-based, nonprofit organization with seven ministries and one mission: to provide hope and care to hurting children and families through Christ-centered ministries. We serve the full spectrum of Arizona families, from unborn babies to seniors.

Benefits We Offer

Credible medical insurance and a gap policy are provided for full-time employees (those who are hired to work 30 hours or more per week) at no cost.

Full-time employees also receive $35,000 of term life insurance and short-term disability insurance at no cost. Additional insurance options are available at the employee’s expense.

Full-time employees will earn ten days of paid time off and five personal choice days per year.

All employees receive seven paid holidays per year and accrue paid sick leave.
